The Suplanet Mechanical Turtle Building Set blends a nature-inspired silhouette with accessible engineering. Built from 659 standard-sized blocks, the completed turtle measures 9.96 inches wide, 7.28 inches tall, and 7.67 inches deep (25.3 cm x 18.5 cm x 19.5 cm). Its clever, two-sided design presents a lifelike turtle on one side while revealing an engaging array of exposed mechanics on the other, inviting curious minds to peek under the surface of a traditional model.

What you build

Play and display features

  • Rotatable mechanism lets the turtle sway when the joystick is turned, adding a kinetic element to the display.
  • Sturdy display stand supports stable presentation with adjustable postures for a dynamic look.
  • Open, exposed gears and moving parts invite hands-on exploration without disassembly.
