At Toygame, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unopened, has not been worn or played with, and is sent back in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please Note

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
• Used, opened, played-with, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items must be returned in a resellable condition.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order, we will inform you promptly via email.

Shipping Time

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom.

Standard delivery: up to 5 business days after dispatch for most locations.

Remote areas: 6–10 business days depending on distance, weather conditions, and carrier availability.

While we always aim for timely delivery, once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, Playvia is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or weather-related disruptions.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within the United Kingdom is free on all orders. Expedited or express options may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before finalising your order. Playvia is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at toygame.ca@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will help you initiate an investigation with the courier.

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We may expand to additional regions in the future.
