Genestealer Cults Broodcoven | Warhammer 40,000 Miniatures | Games Workshop

Overview

Elevate your Warhammer 40,000 collection with the Genestealer Cults Broodcoven box. This formation from Codex: Genestealer Cults brings a focused, characterful squad to both play and display, featuring a Patriarch, a Primus armed with a needle pistol, bonesword and toxin injector, and a Magus with autopistol and force stave, plus two Genestealer Familiars. The sculpts capture the eerie elegance and lethality of Genestealer Cults, with dynamic poses that translate well to tabletop action or painted miniature showcases.

Designed for hobbyists who enjoy assembly, painting, and tactical gaming, the Broodcoven offers a cohesive theme and a compact fighting group that can slot into larger Genestealer Cults forces. The five models provide a mix of character leadership, magical-like support, and close-quarters reach, letting you experiment with different corners of your army's narrative.

What’s in the box

• Patriarch, Primus, Magus, and two Genestealer Familiars

Miniatures and how they shine on the table

• The Patriarch stands as a commanding focal point with presence and size that reads well in both display cases and game boards.
• The Primus brings unique weaponry options, offering bite-and-sting close combat potential via the needle pistol plus an array of tools for closer looks.
• The Magus adds arcane flavor with an autopistol and a force stave, enabling varied poses and storytelling on the board.
• Two Genestealer Familiars bring extra character and dynamic interactions to squads, enhancing narrative depth on the tabletop.

Painting and display notes: the five sculpts invite a range of color schemes—from pale, sinewy tones to stark, glossy contrasts—making them suitable for both tabletop gaming and diorama-style displays. Assembly rewards patience with clean mold lines and satisfying joins, and the varied sculpts provide opportunities for distinct character dioramas or narrative vignettes on your shelf.
